It is all scratch built in 1/32nd plywood and Plastikard and is just six feet long. The layout depicts a small goods yard operated by a private company, Priory Packaging Ltd, which produces wooden packing cases and drums, for goods and liquids being transported by rail. Another building is used as warehousing for general goods. There is also a small coal yard next to the steam locomotive servicing area. The diesel locomotive which appears on the layout is maintained further down the line.
