A Message for all Gauge O Guild Members and all Exhibitors & Traders
The Events Team and the Management Committee are sorry to announce that the Guild’s Summer Show scheduled for June 5th 2021 in Doncaster has been cancelled because of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
It is clear that many members and exhibitors will not have had a second vaccination before June and there may still be concerns about the overall effectiveness of the current vaccination programme. The health and safety of all concerned has to be our highest priority.
For Traders who use the Forum, Rule 8 was suspended in March 2020 to enable traders to post material which includes prices and special promotions. This Rule suspension will continue and, together with our virtual shows, we hope this will aid trading for you and help members whilst most model railway events around the country are being cancelled.

At this stage, we are still planning for Guildex 2021 to go ahead on September 4th & 5th 2021 at the new venue of Bingley Hall on the Stafford County Showground.
Let’s hope that we have returned to some form of normality by then and can enjoy our annual O gauge convention together.
