This layout is operated from both the front and the back of the layout giving plenty of movement, this boosted with a small shuttle system involving 3 locomotives moving at a time.
The layout is based around a small fictional heritage railway which also houses a former distillery on site. I have based the layout around an event day so there is shunting going off at the front of the layout, a minimum of 4 different trains running into the station and on top of that a have ago drive for a fiver.
The normal number of operators for the layout is 3 or 4 people.
