In its 70th anniversary year, LAWLOGG will be holding its next open day on Saturday 16th May 2026 from 10am-4pm at the Bootle clubrooms. (Suggested last admission 3pm.)
Admission is free but donations would be welcomed.
Light refreshments. Free parking. Multiple public transport options.
All four layouts will be available and visitors are welcome to bring O-gauge stock and locomotives to run. We can accommodate 3-rail, 2-rail, DC and DCC. Progress on the new layouts under construction (a modern image wagon works and some multi-gauge modular layouts) can be inspected too.
There will be some small demonstrations of electronics & computer control in model railways from the Merseyside Area Group of MERG. (The Model Electronic Railway Group.)
Additionally, members of LAWLOGG will be on hand at certain times to explain techniques such as painting & lining rolling stock and scenery construction, on demand.
You might even be able to pick up a ‘pre-loved’ bargain from the club sales stand.
